History

History of Z.P.H. JAMET began in 1984 with the founding of "Mechanical Workshop Olgierd Stolaronek". Initially, the company mainly dealt with the production of gas furnaces, but at the same time, conditions for machining were prepared in parallel.

In 1989, the company established cooperation with the "Miehe" company (West Germany), which allowed to expand the assortment with the construction of foil tunnels and high-power oil furnaces, which were exported to the German market (obtaining the admission for selling furnaces to heat foil tunnels). A joint venture was established under the name "MIGEBAU", which operated for 6 years. The plant started to produce steel constructions and high power oil furnaces for various recipients - both for private and business customers. At that time, the company already had a much larger machinery park than at the beginning of its activity, including: machines for machining (lathes, milling machines, grinders, drills), plastic forming machines (hydraulic and eccentric presses, guillotine shears) and welding machines (gas welding, electric in CO2, aluminum, stainless steels).

COOPERATION WITH IRONWORKS "KATOWICE" AND ARCELORMITTAL

In 1985, the company started cooperation with steelworks "Katowice" (currently ArcelorMittal Poland branch), performing numerous large and heavy spare parts for the needs of rolling mill and steelworks department (including gears, complete gears and other industrial equipment).

COOPERATION WITH FIAT AUTO POLAND

In 1995, we established cooperation with Fiat Auto Poland, which included the performance of a number of assembly and welding instruments, gauges, transport pallets and other auxiliary equipment - mainly for the production of car body and car assembly (Fiat Cinquecento, Seicento, Fiat 500, Palio, Bravo , Brava, Ducato, Iveco).

WNEW POSSIBILITIES

In the following years, we implemented Submerged Arc Welding for coating rollers and crane wheels for steel plants. We have also developed innovative rotary conectors that supply cooling liquid to rotating parts that have become our flagship product and are successfully implemented in steel mills throughout Europe.

OPEN FOR CHALLENGES

We are currently focusing on further developing our offer, to adapt to the needs of the modern market, the improvement and modernization of services for the machinery industry. In 2015, we implemented innovative software for domputer aided design and manufacture SIEMENS NX CAD/CAM. Today our customers include both companies that we have been cooperating with almost from the beginning, as well as new entities.
