Repair of metallurgical rollers

For a long time the company has been a supplier of Continous Steel Casting roller repairs I wich we have achieved a very high quality level maintaining the best price to quality ratio. We developed our own solution of rotary conectors providing coolant for repaired CSS rolers. We have successfully regenerated rollers which were allmost classified as unable to be regenerated.
In scope of metallurgical rollers repair the company offers:

Transport, disassembly, cleaning and damage assessment,
Issuing of verification cards,
Roller surface regeneration by submerged arc welding* and machining until achieving proper dimensions, profile shape, hardness and surface finish,
Production or regenereation of all damaged parts including bearing housings, splines, gear wheels, spigots and rotary conectors,
Replacment of bearings, seals and other standard elements,
Assembly with elimination of radial run-out, providing proper lubrication,
Pressure test and final quality control,
Transport to customer and final technical inscpection.

* on request we also carry out untrasonic testing of padding quality
