MACHINE PARTS REGENERATION
Regarding the regeneration of machine parts the company offers submerged arc welding and mechining services. As part of the services we strictly control the hardness, roughness as well as overall dimensions. For welding we use materials provided by the best suppliers.
The range of regeneration of machine parts includes:
- Measurments, initial wear assessment and initial determination of regeneration scope,
- Rough machining in order to remove damaged layer to prepare for Submerged Arc Welding,
- Submerged Arc Welding for required hardness,
- Rough and finishing machining to achieve proper shape, dimensions and surface finish.
